Package 1 includes full 3-day conference access, all general sessions, breakout workshops, conference badge & welcome kit, digital materials, certificate of participation, and an official invitation letter upon request after full payment.
Package 1 ($499) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Package 2 ($599): $100 refund available if cancelled 45+ days before the event (note: $499 registration is non-refundable). Package 3 ($1,950): $1,451 refund available if cancelled 45+ days before the event. Visa denial does not automatically qualify for a full refund.
Yes — Packages 2 and 3 include roundtrip airport transportation from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD only). This covers arrival pickup (IAD → Hotel) and departure drop-off (Hotel → IAD), plus arrival coordination support.
No. Registration confirms your conference attendance only. Invitation letters confirm registration, not employment or immigration sponsorship. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the U.S. Embassy. Registration does not guarantee visa issuance.
